All faculty, staff, and students can modify their existing tickets.
- First, find the ticket that you would like to update or cancel.
- Next, click the title of the ticket that you would like to update or cancel:

- After you have opened the ticket you can either update the ticket to add new relevant information by adding a comment or an attachment or you may cancel the ticket using "Withdraw Request."
